- You pay for breaks, lunch breaks, coffee getting breaks, stopping at the friends desk to chat breaks, bathroom breaks, playing on the computer breaks...ect.
- You provide health insurance policies and 401k’s.. either paid 100% or half.
- You pay for the project, no matter what happens.
- AND Yes, you may have someone to look over their shoulder and make sure they are doing their job… but I am sure you are not a babysitter or want to be ….and if you are going to hire a professional, you shouldn’t have to.
