Whether our services are utilized for websites, software, or mobile solutions, our process will generally follow the following path. Our process ensures that all projects are done on time, on budget, and meet all requirements.
Consultation and Evaluation
This is a free, one-hour service we provide to all of our potential clients. We explore your business and learn as much as possible about your goals for your company and its technology. The goal is to examine current strategies, identify strengths and weaknesses, and recommend a pathway to improved business practices through technology. This may include strategies for website, software, and/or mobile solutions.
Discovery and Design
In the Discovery phase, we examine in detail all elements of your business identity and create a specific, detailed plan of action. For a website or mobile application, we create professional-looking design mockups. For software projects, this may include a detailed project plan, along with database and/or workflow design documents. This phase can take anywhere from 2 hours to several days or weeks, depending on the size of the project.
Development
Once designs and/or plans have been approved, development begins. Our programmers and designers to make sure the form and function of your project are completed on time, on budget, and to exact specifications.
Testing and Evaluation
We would never dream of letting a project go live without thoroughly testing all of the components. Project owners will have access to test any portions and preview any material to validate that it meets the requirements.
Launch
Once all is finalized and signed off, the project will go live on the web, phone, or project site.
Training and On-Going Maintenance
Launching your project is not the end of our process. We work with you to address ongoing maintenance issues which might include augmenting existing content or functionality or developing other custom applications. We will also train you on any maintenance and updates that can be done by your staff.
